Returning soon

Heroes who would rather not.

A 16-bit endless runner about running away with style. Dodge the lasers, outpace the minotaur, collect what you can, and see how long your nerve holds out. Playable now on itch.io while it finds its way back to the stores.

Cowardly Heroes was released on Google Play and is currently delisted while we focus on Pinteza. The build on itch.io is the full game, free.

About the game

The first one

Cowardly Heroes was the studio's first released game: a pixel-art arcade runner built around a simple joke. Heroes who are, in every meaningful sense, cowards. You do not fight the alien invasion. You run from it, gracefully, for as long as you can manage.

It shipped with progressive levels, unlockable characters, power-ups, daily rewards, leaderboards and achievements, and it taught the studio most of what it now knows about shipping something rather than polishing it forever.
